Join our friend Rafi Silver for The Mindful Actor Workshop, a 4-module workshop using compassionate self-investigation to change the actor’s self-narrative and maximize your potential.
This workshop will take a journey through Rafi’s experiences as an actor, why he uses Mindfulness as his foundational practice, and how he has changed his mind-set to develop new and more skillful ways of approaching his work. Rafi will demonstrate how a daily Mindfulness practice can help expose those roadblocks you may be encountering in your work and lead you through specific exercises based on his 4-modules: “Finding Your Now,” “Finding Your Why,” “Planting Your Flag,” and “Expanding Your Boundaries.” Rafi will help guide and empower you, artist to artist, and after the class, a recording of a guided meditation led by Rafi will be sent to everyone to use going forward.
Your registration is not complete until we receive your payment. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Further instructions and payment info will be emailed after registration.
